What is Life Coaching?
In the same way a flower changes day by day, needing the appropriate environmental conditions, so too do people. There are some changes in our life that trigger uncertainties causing us sadness, pain, fear and demotivation and to find out what is happening to us we need to confront the problems in order to find a way forward.
How we can confront these changes? What values do we have to support this change? What are the positives of this change? How we can look forward?
When we understand the connection between our head and heart we can begin to change the behaviours, beliefs and mind-set that are preventing us from making the most of our life.
